These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIKQA website and services operated by MIKQA ("MIKQA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using MIKQA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MIKQA provides two systems, which you may use separately or together:
- SEO Platform — a subscription dashboard that connects to Google Search Console and turns your search data into tracked rankings, AI-driven insights, and automated reporting and digests.
- Backlink Engine — done-for-you backlink campaigns in which we build high-authority, white-hat backlinks to the pages you specify.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the sites and data you connect, for having the right to manage those properties, and for complying with Google's Webmaster Guidelines and all applicable laws.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate or disrupt the platform.
Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal
- SEO Platform plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted effective rate (up to roughly 33% less than paying month to month). There is no trial on paid tiers; the Free plan is permanently free and requires no credit card to start.
- Backlink Engine campaigns are sold as 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month packages and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions and campaign packages renew automatically for the same term until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, submit your cancellation at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access and any in-progress campaign continue through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and only for websites you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not use the service for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates a third party's rights.
- Backlink campaigns follow white-hat, Google-safe practices; results vary by site, niche, and competition and are not guaranteed.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the platform, its API, or its rate limits.
Intellectual property
All software, content, designs, trademarks, and materials provided by MIKQA are the intellectual property of MIKQA and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide; you grant us the limited license needed to process that data to deliver the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any specific search-engine rankings, traffic, or results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and the competitiveness of your market.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIKQA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Burley, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update features and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and announced in-app where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
